This thread is a friendly collaborative place for FReepers to analyze information and share opinons. FReepers have a wide variety of reasons for investigating Q Anon content; this is not the appropriate place to criticize or badger those who choose to use some of their time in this manner.

Q "drops" (i.e., posts) can be read with their original formatting on various websites. Sometimes the Q drop websites come under cyber attack or stop updating. This week, I've been using the following link:

I only see revolution to stop the domination of one point of view. I don’t care if that POV is left or right. Our forefathers got it amazingly right. The majority rules and the minority has rights that can’t be taken away by the majority.

People are animals and can be as vicious. May every LEO and soldier be protected and respected because they stand between the vicious people and the masses of good people. In general society, and therefore the media, seem to be completely split into three broad groups., In order of size they are: Group A: people who are unaware of Q, Group B: people who are intensely following and supporting Q, and Group C: people who are hostile to Q and/or do not believe Q is genuine.

Group A: The Unaware In the Media this plays out as most stories are written in a "Q unaware" way, you saw this clearly in the analysis of the recent OIG report and hearings. The larger context that is common knowledge among Q followers wasn't even touched on by almost anyone in the MSM, or even most right-leaning blogs.

Group B: The Q followers have many forums for discussion, including this reincarnating Q-anon thread here on Free Republic, but also various YouTube channels, web sites and bloggers who report in detail on Q daily. Most of these are pretty new and exclusively Q focused, or their Q coverage has brought them previously unprecedented levels of viewership, so that they now cover Q to the exclusion of almost everything else.

Group C: The Q deniers The few MSM pieces covering Q (which, not surprisingly are still the top hits when you Google search for "Qanon") are overtly hostile, treating Q as a mass delusion by deplorables, and something already fully debunked. These articles drip with condensation and sarcasm, which is the emotional response that the elite reporters want to elicit from their hive of readers.

Given all of the above I'm always looking for articles that fall outside any of these groups, to see if there is yet much neutral or fair coverage of Q. If Q's mission is, in part, to nurture a "Great Awakening" presumably at some point this sort of basic coverage of the story by unaffiliated media has to take place.

Which is why I read a couple of recent blog posts by Vox Day at his Vox Populi blog with interest.

The first one was a short post titled "Why is this relevant", and featured a link to Neon Revolt, a source that is popular with many people on this thread.

To Q or not to Q, that is the question. I know it is hard for a cynical, skeptical generation, but honestly, it's all right to hope. Hope is a virtue, it is not a weakness. It is worthwhile, even when it is not repaid.

The second post was to one of his podcasts, and was a much longer discussion of Q, again from an outsiders, but not a hostile debunker, point of view. The vlog may be accessed at this link: Darkstream: Q and conspiracy. A partial transcript is provided, as well:

I don't know if some of the stuff that Q is telling us is going to come to pass, but what I do know is that the world condition that he describes, this conspiracy theory of reality, is actually considerably more accurate, more realistic, and more in correspondence with genuine objective reality than the version that we are taught in school, or the version that we are presented every day by the mainstream media...

So the point that we have to keep in mind is that there are conspiracies of the powerful Those who seek power over others always conspire in an attempt to achieve it, and it is very foolish of those of us who do not take part in those games to assume that that they are not happening simply because we don't have the ability to perceive them or to chronicle the specific actions that lead up to the consequences that we actually see. So that's why I pay attention to what Q is saying, because whether he is actually correct about the details is not really relevant; even the aspects that he is covering are at least causing people to look in the right direction.

I found the podcast interesting, and while I would hardly call Vox Day a mainstream media figure, he is pretty well known, and has a large following outside of any connection with Q. (His site is ranked around #15,000 in the USA vs. around #4,000 for Free Republic. He's somewhere below The American Conservative and way above outfits like Taki Mag and Z-man, to name a few conservative outlets people might be familiar with)

The Great Awakening concept implies that Group A, the unawares, the largest group today, will shrink as people become Awakened. This in turn implies that knowledge of Q will become much more widespread, everyone is going to hear about Q eventually, but how? With what result?

Some people will go immediately to being Q supporters. The MSM hopes that they can drive most of the herd immediately to the 'Q deniers' position.

One can sense their increasing desperation in all things Trump, and the coordinated, over-the-top and largely emotional appeals that they are making, seemingly in unison, to drive the narrative. (eg: the "kids in cages" motif that they have been so invested in lately). Still, it would be naive to believe that they will fail to drive the narrative on Q. The "Pizzagate" MSM narrative was quite successful in driving most normies into the camp of "that's a ridiculous conspiracy theory". No matter how much we detest the MSM and their Fake News they sadly still have a lot of residual power to frame issues and define new topics. (Pizzagate = Crazy Conspiracy Theory).

It's my belief that a lot more neutral coverage, where Q's is explained in a bit more matter-of-fact way (than for instance: the above linked Neon Revolt site) for the mass awareness needed for a Great Awakening to take place. For most people first you are aware of a concept, as just out there, then you eventually either come to agree, or disagree, or remain undecided about it. So both the fact that Vox Day is covering this, and his tacit support for Q and the anons, indicate that the damn (which Q knowledge has been held behind) may be beginning to give way.
