Millennials tip the least, but it may not be for the reasons you think

It’s how every beach town once was in CA, even Malibu. And I love Carmel for all the accents/languages in tourist season, lots of Europeans. Have a great time.

It was 99 here yesterday but still cool at night so evenings are perfect.

You definitely need to get a vacation house out here...preferably one close enough to the beach to always benefit from the cool Pacific. I’d recommend Balboa Island.

Your SoCal pals will keep an eye on it for you when you’re in Dixie, because that’s how we roll.

I think it’s a slight on the SoCal beauties that clearly the NorCal beauties have distracted him more. Maybe he and his son have turned on and dropped out in Big Sur.

I didn’t even think of that. The NorCal hotties may have hijacked his attention. But I find that hard to believe- they don’t shave and stuff, vastly inferior to the incredibly shallow and materialistic SoCal hotties

I mean if we are gonna, ahem, protect this stuff in our free time it has to be worthy of it.

I’m With Pelham. We are talking investment here. We have to protect the long term estate of the wardaddy family. We have his best interests at heart. Wardaddy can’t be taking 10 minutes of his precious time to get to the water.
