I look at the others surrounding Mr. Q Shirt and I don't see any badges on those folks either. Perhaps someone who was there can clue us in, but for now I'm thinking that he had the badge when he got in line, took the picture and when he went in, he turned in the badge to get into the right section. Team Trump can reuse the badges at the next rally.

Team Trump can reuse the badges at the next rally. FYI, that defeats the whole concept of a security badge. The badge would be identifiable to a specific rally purposely so nobody could use it at just any rally and get in when they weren't supposed to. If they allowed that, it wouldn't be secure.
