Hagin helped create the Department of Homeland Security and was tasked with preventing leaks of the project, earning the nickname “the Enforcer,” he told the Cincinnati Enquirer in 2003.

What’s neat & CREEPY at the same time is that the photo seems to be taken by the phone the older man was holding to his head. Remotely activated and picked up by NSA. That NSA part is the neat part - they DO have everything....everything!
The CREEPY part is Google has been exploiting technology like this - how many congress critters have Android phones? And how many in the public - those that Hillary doesn’t like, for example.
