A Paki will have a Paki accent. Indians have totally different accents. The Paki would have to learn how to speak English with an Indian accent, and also have to learn whichever language is spoken in the area of India he supposedly came from. Which would be almost impossible unless the Paki was a total genius linguist.
If an accent is minimized, unless you are a native Pakistan or Indian, who is going to know your origin from your voice?
