Well, they are certainly rich enough, but I see no indication that they want a WWIII to kill off their customers, and while they may have ambition to rule the world, I think they will keep their own counsel as to how to bring that about. I don't see them aligning with the other three in this regard.
I didn’t mean it that way. Just keeping politicians in place to pass laws that favour China, without being too obvious. It’s why China is busy buying up Africa.
