I think there was some discussion of that on earlier threads. One theory is if Obama is an illegitimate president, then his appointment of of Huber is illegitimate. PDJT had to reappoint Huber to make his investigations legal.
I think the odds of Obama’s appointments being invalidated after the fact are somewhere between o and .1 percent. I doubt that notion had anything to do with Huber’s reappointment.
