Missing letters = I from missile and P from...what was it again?

Some type of cyber attack on the Canadien event by us good guys? Does this have anything to do with the missle launch?

Upon further reflection, it appears that the "attack" is cyber as Q responds to anon about his, "Getting some 502 errors." Now the question becomes which event and who is attacking.

That is my brain on drugs.

Given timing, I think "event" is the missile launch.

I highly doubt a missile launch is possible by remote hack. Launch is an obvious critical decision that will be isolated from outside command.
