What I think may be going on here is that he shaved his real eyebrows off for some reason, then needed to stick on fake ones for this event. Maybe he tried "trimming" his bushy ones and slipped with the electric razor. I've done something similar while attempting to trim my mustache. If I really screwed it up, I just shave it off completely.
