Is there a connection with rebar to the cabal?
Cemex is a Bronfman/ Rothchild venture. Connecting nvixm with elites and sex trafficking. IMO cement is the keystone of the whole cabal.
The manufacture of cement is also supplemented cost wise by the disposal of wastes in the kilns. Environmental groups have carped about that in the past. The kilns run hot enough you can get rid of a lot of stuff, especially positively caloric materials, in them (bodies?)
They also use a lot of fly ash from coal fired power plants and ground blast furnace slag for pozzolanic material.
No connection to the cabal that I know of. I was connecting US Infrastructure to concrete and rebar.
Think roads and BRIDGES and buildings. Great big beautiful buildings...in New York. Maybe Mexico can pay for it?
