I agree he’s a hitman, but I also think he’s more. Someone interviewed said he had previously been hired to install a bunker for a homeowner concerned about North Korea bomb threat. So I’m looking at a Deep State hitman who somehow has passed as a bunker builder? Too weird. I just tried to find out who the bunker connection was - can’t find ANYTHING on that part now but I believe it was claimed that the man he is accused of killing had hired him to build a bunker.

RAnsom, could you be remembering the story that was out last week about a guy who was freaking out about N. Korea and decided to build a bunker with tunnels? He’d hired a guy to help him, they were digging the tunnel and it collapsed. There was talk of charging the crazy guy with murder because his assistant died?

Hmm. Was he part of the bunker building in back of the White House? Is there is a hidden bunker as well as a tunnel to the White House property. (the MO garden) Could that be where the illegal surveillance is coming from?
