Various NFL players are reportedly discussing different forms of protesting in response to a new policy requiring players to stand for the national anthem.
“I talked to a former NFL player yesterday who has said that players are already talking about other ways in which they can protest," NBC's Craig Melvin said on "Today" on Thursday.
Melvin did not specify which players he spoke to, or what other forms of protesting they were considering.

You can’t negotiate with people like this. They are basically low IQ thugs. It will take something like a stun gun to the crotch or baseball bat to the side of their heads to “get through” to them. They “didnt get it” this this first time, proof they need a stronger “explanation” of their unacceptable position.
The thing is these guys are so dumb they seem unaware how fortunate they are. They get millions of dollars for running up and down a field playing keep away.

Until people get cut and never resigned, they will continue to feel like it’s their immutable right and need to emote about what victims they are without consequences. I would suggest the protesters commit seppuku in protest. The replacements could be screened for anti-Americanism prior to hire.
Has anyone pointed out to those players that what they are protesting is a lie, of the sort “Hands up, don’t shoot” was? Or would telling them the truth be a racist act?
