So, you are saying when a US citizen gives birth abroad, and Not in service for the Country, ie; military, diplomat, etc. there is no paperwork that must be filed with the US govt to confirm citizenship?
Comey, Mueller, Rosenstein, Loretta Lynch, Eric Holder, Clapper, ALL ARRESTED by next week, and Obama and Hillary probably the week after.
Of course there is paperwork that needs to be filed.
