Bit of a tortured analogy but, whatever it is his right to block unwanted text as it is her right to “hang up on you”.

When I called and they hung up on me I kept calling and complained about their hanging up on me. Finally they listened on speaker phone while I made my polite comments about the judge being ill advised in her decision.
