. A set of quadruplets in Ada, Michigan have all decided to join respective branches of the military.
The quadruplets -- Bryce, Rose, Mason and Nevin Lees -- will become members of the U.S. Navy, Air Force, Air National Guard and Marine Corps, respectively, Fox 17 reported.

May God Bless each and every one of these graduates as thy serve their country.
Reminds of the decent movies from way back...
so. Cool. *APPLAUSE*
One of my students joined the Maine National Guard. He scored so well on his entrance exams that he is getting a $20,000 signing bonus. He will graduate in five years instead of four but will leave with No or almost no debt.
Congratulations to these four young people.
Thanksgiving dinners will be interesting.
My dad was USAF, my grandfather Army, my uncle USMC and another uncle Navy. This was in the 1960s.
When they had a few beers after dinner, the trash talk was EPIC.
God Speed!
Great story but USMC training in NC? Must not be regular boot camp.
“”One of the four, Nevin, has already begun his training in North Carolina with the Marine Corps, according to Fox 17.””

I say 15-18 months in the infantry or any low training specialty. Give them something good once it ends. Top heavy services will not be so top heavy. You accomplish this by taking away financial assistance for useless degrees and any form of welfare. Next make community colleges year-round. Get that AA degree in the next 18 months. Working full time by age 21.
I totally respect their decision to serve our country and various capacities of the Armed Forces and the National Guard. But I will say, that somebody needs to tell the National Guard inductee that he or she has the worst possible benefits package of all four. I know several people who were in the National Guard and have no veterans benefits whatsoever because it is a state-by-state run organization. Going into the armed services or for that matter, the Uniformed Services of the United States all have the same benefits package. National Guard excluded. It’s a sad situation that many people find themselves in after the fact, I have a brother-in-law and a cousin who made that “ uninformed mistake” and who both, in retrospect, rue the day they signed up for the National Guard. An armed services Reserve component is a much better choice than a state-run National Guard commitment.
What determines where the training takes place - SOI or Parris Island? It’s apparent it’s not boot camp as usual...but maybe it comes AFTER boot camp?
Interesting. Maybe I’ll try reading your link - HA. Thanks
How proud their parents must be! God speed!
