I respectfully disagree.
Q is throwing the glove down in regards to 0bola’s fake identity and total non-eligibility to have occupuked the WH. This will have and no doubt already does have, a lot of people totally unglued with fear.
Hopefully that fear will prompt the guilty parties to do stupid things, things that are ultimately self-destructive and that lead to their downfall.
LJ, we have had this discussion before and some of the lawyers chimed in too.
Basically, the Supreme Court would step in and say that Obama was the de facto President. That doesn’t make him legal; but, it would have the effect of making all his actions legal. I think the general theory is that people relied in good faith (right, I know this sounds like BS) on the legality of his Presidency.
In any event, it would be up to Congress and POTUS to change things -— exactly as it is already.
Maybe the politics would be affected, but somehow I doubt it would change anyone’s opinions very much. (We, for example, already know he was illigitimate and a disaster. RATS don’t care about the Constitution anyway.)
Why on Earth, did it take so long to show BHO wasn’t qualified to be a President??
You are spot on. Many are already trying to downplay the eligbility issue. Let it flow. There will be doubters anyway. Same with the “high crimes and misdemeanors” crowd. whenever it is a Dem, they claim Major crimes are petty offenses and not eligible. That is how Clinton got away with the Impeachment effort. Recall hundreds of legals scholars(people with robes and books walking into Congress. It was a show.
