You do understand that people can talk about something and it does not become doctrine, right? If we can’t discuss things, even unlikely things then why are we here? Lets expand our hue! There are more colors than black and white.

SO!!!! You and all the others here cannot see that limey is a strange word to pop up on a Freeper thread and in an article posted by an ANon on the same day? Sigh. Never mind.

The Wall Street Journal asks, "WHERE IN THE WORLD WAS BARACK OBAMA?" A very good question!

@realDonaldTrump 8:51 AM - 21 May 2018

Where in the World Was Barack Obama? - WSJ - May 19, 2018

President Donald Trump tweets today: "Reports are there was indeed at least one FBI representative implanted, for political purposes, into my campaign for president. It took place very early on, and long before the phony Russia Hoax became a `hot' Fake News story. If true - all time biggest political scandal!" And what does the man who was serving at the time as the FBI's ultimate boss have to say about all this?

Perhaps it's a good moment to get the whole story from our 44th President. He should now have time to discuss his...

...quality of FReeper input here in the Q-threads is by and large at least as good as the FReeper input in the not-Q threads.
_____________________
Absolutely. I do skim the main forums daily...just the OP because the comments have become trite and formulaic. All the news-worthy articles get pinged to the Qthread, anyway.

Noticed how many long-term FReepers are now posting here?

I hadn’t noticed the 8chan ad because I get so confused by their format and the amount of ad hominems, I don’t think I’ve ever made it to the bottom of any one page. My bad.

And it was a rant. I have been away from this thread for hours and hours at a time the last couple of weeks and I find myself mulling over the topics I addressed. So it was just primed for release.

Yes: why would anyone prefer an MSM source to newly-rediscovered information? Beats me. Misses the entire point by a parsec.

ThankQ for the *whoot*!

Rod Rosenstein throws a spanner in the Democratic message machine - Tom Rogan

... the deputy attorney general's decision is bad news for Democrats. They have been arguing persistently that the president is crying wolf for the purpose of political distraction. And to make that case, Democrats and their media allies have pointed to Rosenstein's professional credibility as a legal servant beyond reproach.

Pleasure is all mine. It's great to have cause to let one fly!!

I’m still holding to calling BS to that, unless the whole Supreme Court is rotted to core. A fundamental tenet of law is fraud vitiating all contracts and actions. At what point would or would not a fraudulent or unlawful leaders actions trigger this apparent “no do-overs” action?

A ruling allowing this at the government level nullifies the entire concept of the people of the Republic being the sovereigns at the base of the state.

DOJ seeks probe of FBI conduct in 2016 campaign after Trump 'spy' claim - NBC

Sen. Dianne Feinstein, D-Calif, posted, "The Justice Department is not an arm of the White House. The Justice Department is independent and serves the American people."

"Its job is to follow the facts and the law. Law enforcement investigations must be initiated and carried out free from political interference," Feinstein wrote.

The so-called "Russia investigation" was started because the Democrats in Congress demanded it.

You are spot on. Many are already trying to downplay the eligbility issue. Let it flow. There will be doubters anyway. Same with the “high crimes and misdemeanors” crowd. whenever it is a Dem, they claim Major crimes are petty offenses and not eligible. That is how Clinton got away with the Impeachment effort. Recall hundreds of legals scholars(people with robes and books walking into Congress. It was a show.

-- I'm still holding to calling BS to that, unless the whole Supreme Court is rotted to core.,/i> --

I don't recall if it was you who I directed a "de facto officer doctrine" post to.

-- At what point would or would not a fraudulent or unlawful leaders actions trigger this apparent "no do-overs" action? --

It's a judgment call, but essentially the bigger the mistake, the longer it persisted, the more people it affects, the more likely the error will NOT be undone by the Court.

-- A ruling allowing this at the government level nullifies the entire concept of the people of the Republic being the sovereigns at the base of the state. --

BS. Sometimes people get into office who lack the "legal qualifications" like not old enough, or otherwise not allowed to hold the office (as opposed to being stupid). The courts have to deal with it, and they have to be practical about this sort of situation.

I'm not saying letting Obama assume the presidency isn't a big deal., it is a huge deal, and in my mind taints all of Congress. The institutions are out of Constitutional bounds, and the inhabitants ought to be forcibly removed. But as the DoI say, people will put up with tremendous shenanigans before they act.

Back to e facto officer ... I know of one case where an administrative court ruling was reversed because the judges lacked the legal qualifications. The action affected only one case, one person, so reversing it was not a monumental decision.

But there is literally no way to undo all the crap the the Obama administration did, via the courts. It has to be undone with the political process, laws, regulations, etc. And Trump is doing just that.

The Congress, in this instance the House of Representatives is the final controlling authority to certify Federal elections for their members and the Pres and VP.

If speaker Pelosi knowingly did falsify President Obamas eligibility She is the guilty party along with any complicit in her false act. Then the question becomes one not just of this act, but of I’ll gotten personal gains. These could certainly be prosecuted in criminal court.

Without being able to prove the first, all is just dirty politics of the worst kind, on both sides of the aisle.

Politicians do have the right to be stupid.

So do citizens.

Pres and VP are by the whole of Congress, House and Senate in joint session.

Each body is the judge of qualifications for its own members.
