You assume the "stroke" was something somewhat unrelated to the trauma. A traumatic brain hemorrhage directly related to the impact can also be called a "stroke."

The driver--drunk before noon--has plenty of reasons to regret her actions before the fatality. Her behavior before and during the mug shot is beyond inappropriate and reckless. She deserves the heap of trouble she has brought upon herself.

I did not assume that.

I am not condoning drunk driving, especially before noon.

I do assume mugshot photographers do their best to flirt with attractive drunk girls and try to get them to smile outside of considerations of the seriousness of their crimes.
