Joe DiGenova advises that John Brennan has been criminally referred to the US Attorney.
If he's convicted and that is his sentence, they should do a lottery among veterans who served honorably for a chance to be on that detail.
Nothing will sink in to the minds of the libs, and they’ll disbelieve any truth about the corruption of their leaders. I think the only think that MIGHT make them sit up and take notice would be actual videos of extreme and irrefutable corruption. I’m thinking the tape that allegedly exists of Hillary “with” a girl.
Even if nobody is tried and imprisoned, my big wish is that everyone in America comes to believe the truth, and must admit it.

At the time, I could not see any of A: the reality that she might have said such a thing, B: that nobody in the Cong. hearing seemed to take any notice by asking any follow-up Q’s C: that even in the following days nobody seemed to think there were any implications. It was treated like an entirely innocuous statement such as “I had a hamburger for lunch that day”.
It was a trifecta of total cognitive dissonance for me. I was physically stunned. Or stuned. Both, maybe.

Dates are important b/c Snowden’s’ revelations indicate Obama’s government spying apparatus began capturing all electronic data on everyone in the U.S. in 2001.
The Obama police state succeeded in mastering the capture of all keystrokes, telephone calls and digital traffic by 2005.
This we know:

We may find out that Brennan forged her signature..... but I believe Obama

Brennan is singing because he trying to make it a political issue and not a criminal one. He keeps his mouth shut and it would be more of a normal criminal proceeding.
I'm guessing Horowitz would not send a criminal referral targeting somebody who wasn't in the DOJ or the FBI.
Add to that, Horowitz's latest report was supposedly only about the Clinton email investigation and some other miscellaneous leaks. So I don't think Brennan would be a target of that.
There were a bunch of criminal referrals from Congress. I don't recall if Brennen was one of them.
So what is Joe talking about?
