This appears to be from an entire concert of western movie themes. I’ve been trying to find the album. It must have been recorded for album sales. But I can’t find it. Does anybody know if there is an album and, if so, what the name of it is?

I'm not sure there's an album. The name of the concert is "Duellen - Morricone trækker først" (Duel - Morricone draws first).

I don't find anything for sale under that name.
