Assuming that Still is correct, and that the Supremes basically shut Mueller down, I’d like to see indictments for sedition to be spread around to members of the Deep State. Not only should the Supremes stop them, they should be jailed for life as a warning to anyone contemplating the same in the future. I’d personally prefer hanging, but sedition apparently only carries life in prison as a maximum sentence.
By the time it reaches SCOTUS, Trump may have 1 or 2 new Justices.

If a member of SCOTUS becomes mentally unfit for office (ahem Ginsburg) is there a process for having them evaluated and removed short of a Congressional impeachment?
