Well SJL can’t play the race card this time.
Kapooya, Kapooya!
You can’t make this stuff up. A Congresscritter who cannot comprehend that April 12 comes after April 11.
She seems to have a problem understanding that 11 comes before 12.
Watched it. 10 minutes. Wouldn’t call it a smackdown; it’s just 2 witnesses being precisely & maliciously grilled, and pushing back - only to be further grilled. Fortunately Lee got her own more in terms of being told her time has expired, after she had “asked” for extra time for extraneous purposes. The “smackdown” was Lee having the rules strictly applied to her “unfairly”, in response to her strictly applying rules to others unfairly.
I recall a parable about someone asking forgiveness, then using that forgiveness to abuse another by not forgiving, then getting his forgiveness revoked and the punishment multiplied.
Regrettably, Sheila did not understand that the 11th day of the month is before the 12th day, so a person can’t give testimony on the 11th based on what will happen on the 12th.
If Diamond and Silk could do that, they would make a fortune gambling on football and horseracing.
JUST smacked down?
Wasn't that several days ago?
SJL makes me question a lot of things. The woman is just dumb.
One wonders why Facebook Staff would contact Diamond and Silk via TWITTER instead of FACEBOOK.
Thought that was a man speaking until putting it on full screen and saw it was Sheila. Hey, Madison, you just saw what democracy at work. What did you learn? So glad Sheila stated this wasn’t a particularly important hearing. Proof that basic math is not a requirement to get into congress. Let ignorance reign.
Does Twitter give off audio notifications like Facebook ?
Sheila Jackson Lee is a Plantation Security Dog.
If it weren’t for Maxine Waters, this would be the stupidest person in the world.
I’m calling it a tie.
Waters knew what she was doing. She was trying to twist their words and incriminate them. What lump of sh#t Sheila Jackson Lee is! Ive never seen anything so totally and openly dishonest in a Congressional hearing.
