Sounds like PCP.
Bath salts.
Makes them feel over-heated, like on fire. Often times takes off clothing and then assaults people.
Bath salts will overheat you....generally doesn’t make extremely aggressive, unless you mix it (like you suggest PCP).
Back in September, in NC....they had some gal just walking down the road in full splendor. No idea where she was, or where her clothing was located. Becoming an everyday-type situation now.
