I buy used coolers at flea markets..
And I’ve picked up some at probate auctions. Nice ones too! I don’t think I have ever psid more than $5 for one.

I hand them out to the family, designate a couple as fishing coolers, the trailer outfit etc...

Truthfully, I’ve never seen one because I do not purchase coolers retail market.

I used to keep my eyes open for a very large cooler, like the kind used for offshore fishing, then rationality struck me when I realized that with ice alone, it would be far beyond a manageable weight.
