I hear ya, that’s why I recently cancelled my cable (well one of the reasons) and got other streaming services so I can watch what I want to. I have an antenna but rarely even use it now.
I get my local news from the broadcast stations and flip to FOX, OAN or Newsmax for all the really important stuff. Then when I am tired of politics I watch TCM for old movies or HGTV for my fix’m up fix. I like calm nerves.
