Does Horowitz testifying mean that it’s guaranteed the report will be out, or is he just testifying on what he ALREADY put out?
I interpreted to mean that the HRC e-mail investigation report would be out and he’d be testifying primarily about that ... upon the announcement CTH published an article considering that was a bad omen i.e. that committee is where things die historically ... TBD ;)
