I have a different opinion about 16 year old sex than some. Maturity doesn’t come with a crash on 18th birthday, but he needed and needs to follow the law and keep his hands off anything that’s against the law, whether they’re mature enough or not.
Do you also have a different opinion on the idea that the 16 yr old didn't have much to say about her participation as she was trafficked and likely not benefiting financially from the situation? Does that figure into the age calculus? Is or should there be a 'age' (based on years alone, not life experience) limit for non-adults having sex with adults?
