I remember several of us thought eventually the media would start reporting the truth and really admit to liking The Donald. He was sooo funny off the teleprompter! Teaching us real estate and how to buy office building and what to look for and what NOT to buy. He really knows his stuff.

DON'T BUY LEED BUILDINDS..Remember his friend invited him to his NEW office building one day..It was a LEED purchase. He told Donald it was such a bargain.

Then he looked at Donald and said.."but we're having problems with it being HOT in the summer and COLD in the winter. What should we do to correct this?"
