Should conservative owners of social media stocks sue sites?

It seems that a smart lawyer could create a class action lawsuit to sue Facebook, Twitter, and maybe others for shadow banning and otherwise interfering with conservative users of the sites.

For example, while I don't care for Milo's lifestyle, I liked following him on Twitter. His posts generated traffic to the site. I own some Twitter stock and I want more traffic on the site. By banning him there is less traffic on the site.

The likelihood of "conservative" social media sites (other than the best one, FREEREPUBLIC.COM) being created is slim. How can the existing social media sites be forced to be politically neutral?

It seems that stockholders could make the case that they have lower returns on their investments if users are denied services due to political views that may differ than those who make decisions that choose one political side over the other.

You can sue anyone for anything. Problem is getting either a deep-pockets person to sue or an attorney willing to finance it.

In this state of affairs, conservatives should sue anything that infringes on anything... go after the left like a dog on a bone!!!

I agree and appointing an AG that would fight for real enforcement of real civil rights would be the best way to give the green light.

A conservative alternative to Twitter already exists here http://gab.ai

all the stuff you know you can’t say without getting kicked off of Twitter and FB you is being discussed freely there

also there is no possible “conservative” alternative to FB as using FB is pretty much by definition a not conservative (highly immodest) activity

At the very least, Facebook and Twitter should put a clear label on pages describing exactly how these pages are being throttled.

It's pretty misleading if the don't.

Unless these sites said in a contract that they wouldn’t, then these conservatives can stop wasting legal time, and DUMP THEIR SHARES.

It would be quite the material ommission in an investor’s prospectus. Shareholders have grounds to sue for sure.

Or donate to Dennis Prager’s PragerU to fund their lawsuit for their censorship by Google.

It is unfair to say Christians and conservatives MUST provide service in violation of their beliefs, but Big Tech can refuse service to conservatives per its beliefs.

We could sue Google for its censorship of Gab.ai, blocking it from the Android store. That’s anti-competitive practices, since they have a special data mining relationship with Twitter.

Liberals have set up unfair double standards due to their abuse of civil rights legislation.
Refuse to do something a homosexual or someone else demands, per their beliefs? You’re guilty of a civil rights violation.
A member of those protected groups refuses you service? Courts defend them.
So the Christian has to bake the cake or print the content, but the Muslims had the Obama DoJ saying “don’t you dare deny them prayer time or make them drive a beer truck”.
Christians and conservatives had to do what liberals wanted, like provide services to a service they think is blasphemy. But when the atheist refuses service to Christians, that’s considered protected under the First Amendment (Colorado Civil Rights Commission ruled that the same week as saying the Christian had to provide service, but the atheist doesn’t).

Answer: Yes.

They sacrifice stockholder value for political gain.

Yes to your question.

Lionel Nation (YouTube commentator), a very bright lawyer himself, calls for massive, massive, massive class action lawsuits against these liberal suckup social media goons.
