Regarding the IBOR (Internet Bill of Rights) which I think Q was asking us at some point to “rain on” - I just went to the web site for its petition.
I was sad to see that the petition required 100,000 signatures as its goal. The petition was retired because they only achieved 3,2874 signatures.

These guys have been actively working on it for some time. The petition doesn’t really matter, they were no recording votes on it correctly.

We do need to start another one...read on 8ch a way back that mysteriously signatures were disappearing from the petition. Black Hat/DS interference.
