Look at it this way. If the law is vague (ie, not spelled out clearly), then any time a legal immigrant is tossed out because of commiting a crime, the ACLU and every commie pinko pro-immigration group in the US will hammer the courts with mewling and puking cases and clog up the works.
Congressvermin need to make it crystal clear who gets booted out.

I totally agree that Congress needs to make crystal clear laws. Just like I’ve been saying for decades that Congress needs to make it clear that the unborn babies are people. Don’t hold your breath.
If the court had upheld deportation for burglary, it would have settled the issue. No where else to appeal. Now, since Congress won’t act, indeed, the courts will be clogged with people taking advantage of the so called vagueness to see what else they can get by with.

Not a big distinction to me. Burglary assumes you have entered premises and may involve property theft.
Robbery requires taking of property not necessarily entering the owner’s premises.
To me, both are prepared to do violence. I assume State laws vary.
I wonder if this alleged Israeli action is authorized by The Donald and part of the overall strategy. If so, I’m not seeing it.
I read that Israel messed up the chem warfare site. I doubt that is true unless the Iranian target was in the middle of the chem attack.
I read that the US took out some missiles that were targeted at Russian positions and that these missiles were launched by a rouge ally. Trump does not want to stir up the Russian hornet’s nest more than necessary.

It was posted in breaking news with a misleading headline that suggested that this was a real thing that was going to be happening instead of a typical grandstanding pol hack. It had me a little queasy for a minute as well.
Everybody in the Muslim world have their own definition of terrorists, it’s each other! The only reason, I believe, that Saudis are willing to help is because Iran is their enemy too, and right now I think Iran and Hezbollah are the biggest threat to the U.S. and Israel. Hezbollah has also been infiltrating Latin America and work with cartel on drugs and smuggling. As far as trusting any of those countries to fight terrorism as we define it, I don’t.

Niki Haley is in a tizzy because Trump has not put heavier sanctions on Russia. I think Trump wants to calm down Russia; not cause further antagonism. Niki wants to push things to end up in a war with Russia, in my opinion. That or she’s stupid.

In yesterday’s twitters from Trump he congratulated a bakery for giving employees bonuses. He also mentioned that the crumbs keep coming or something to that effect. Check out his twitter feed. Mentioning crumbs was no coincidence.
