After probably. Guy just mentioned other day a friend of his was getting $8-1/4oz, its hardly worth selling. Anyone can essentially grow more than you’d be able to reasonably smoke. I’ve had it offered for free several times and it isn’t “oh here’s a joint worth”, it’s “here, try this [unclosed fistful]”. I got a sack full for a friend whose got some medical issues it really works on, he’ll cook with it probably ‘cause he had the top end of his heart rebuilt a couple years back.
I even started finding it on the ground while doing freeway sampling work. That’s probably from people pitching when/before pulled over. The CHP and locals aren’t in the habit of cutting any slack if you’re doing it while driving
