Anyone know if the regulation-slashing includes the idiotic ones placed on washing machines? There is a niche for old-fashioned, no-frills, mechanical controls w/o mandated water levels, water temps, real agitators without the stupid dog-ears and lid locks/latches.
And made of metal, like stainless steel, not aluminum. Repairman told me all the front loaders are now 100% plastic. If you close the door with any force, they break.

Old fashioned washing machines.... light bulbs that don’t burn your eyes out....and just think of it TOILETS THAT WILL ACTUALLY FLUSH!!!
SO MANY MORE THINGS WE CAN USE THAT WILL WORK BUT HAVE BEEN RED TAPED OUT OF EXISTENCE!!
