I see what you’re asking. While I wouldn’t want to “out” Q, wouldn’t be safe to, I do know it is a term that Trump and his people have used such as:

"Telegraph" is used by a lot of people in construction. Concrete, road paving, drywall, etc. Results from a few minutes of searching:
