Yes, but if it can be proven that the fire was arson, and deliberately set in order to raid the offices during the distraction and the damage, then they are still liable for crimes.

Melania didn't move into the White House for around 4 months after our President moved out. They most certainly have camera EVERYWHERE in order to watch over the safety of our First Lady and Barron!
