IMHO (always very ‘umble...), “We have grounds” means grounds legally; if ground is occupied or taken as in literal territory, I would think it would be stated something like “we have the ground”. I just do not know. It just does not strike me as actual ground as in a piece of earth.
That’s my read. They’ve captured Pedo Island and the good guys are excavating what Epstein tried to bury under his “temple.”
