Here, the Donald has an advantage AND a disadvantage.
Advantage. On a fundamental level, leftards and Dems are anti-war. They are more reluctant to heed the drums of war. Those drums will be beaten more so by the Rinos than anybody else. The Ryans, McConnels, Grahams, etc. McCain may even hobble in front of a camera dressed like the old guy in "It's a Wonderful Life" to demand we go to war. Watch and see.
Disadvantage: The stage has been set for the charge of going soft on his buddy Putin cause they are colluding buddies. This will be the charge by the mockingbird media.
Prediction. Maybe a week, give or take, of whiny men and women of questionable sexuality on the lefty msm stations calling The Donald Putin's BFF. Maybe an extra fake sanction or two. Some planes flying over Syria. Maybe even a terrorist camp blown up like last time. The end.
I think it will play like that. Or very similar. Confidence is higher than average missiles will fly at somebody that should have a missile on their head anyway. Not the Syrian government. Bad Raggedys.

But here is the concern . . . They (cabal, whoever) have achieved their objective either way. I (will you said General. LOL) I have put out word that is going to be devestating to the cabal.
Q, POTUS was in the final stages of this first round, meaning a substantial announcement or action was going to take place. With the chemical attack it will divert full attention from the next stage.
I say blow up the camp (keep the camel killings to a minimum and continue opertations as planned.
