Can't remember where I posted this, but here's a re-do:

1. GO TO this White House PR Archives web directory,
   https://www.whitehouse.gov/briefings-statements/ ...and...

2. SELECT one of the articles.

3. PRINT the article (This will display your "Print Preview" page.)

4. PRESS the ">" icon below the small page image -- to take you to the second page.

5. Voila!!

How could anyone without direct, internal access to the White House archives have done that?

BTW, if you want a souvenir, go ahead and PRINT the article. (You can even frame the hard copy of Page 2 -- if you like!)
