Rick and Morgan were out looking for the Herd, noticed body parts on the road, along with a stranded vehicle. Rick was in mid sentence, then you hear a thunk, screen goes blank, and next we see them both tied up, and the remaining Herd members all around them.Herd = Saviors. They were looking for the Saviors that fled Hilltop. The herd of zombies had them surrounded.
