So if the crimes involve the illegal use of NSA DATA could the argument be made that a US attorney from Utah has jurisdiction, since the data was stored there.

Not being a counselor of the Law, I am unable to really address that, but it makes sense to me!

But I can’t help but think that somehow the U1 deal is not being forgotten either in all of this. I’ve been doing a review of the Q posts, and U1 is one of the key words I’m tracking. U1 is Ultra one important! (My words, not Qs)
