More ratings milestones for the premiere of ABC’s Roseanne revival. After big Live+same day and Live+1 numbers, the classic sitcom’s Season 10 debut delivered the largest-ever total viewer Live+3 increase for any single telecast on any network with a +6.59 million viewer lift. Roseanne, which already has been renewed for Season 11, eclipsed the previous record holder, the 9/25/14 premiere of ABC drama How to Get Away with Murder (+5.93 million gain).
After three days of delayed viewing, the average viewership for the Roseanne premiere jumped to 25.04 million total viewers (from 18.45 million in L+SD).
In adults 18-49, Roseanne added +2.1 rating points in the 3 days after its premiere. That was the biggest-ever playback increase for a comedy premiere on any network and the best for any comedy telecast since the 12/17/15 episode of CBS’ The Big Bang Theory. Roseanne‘s L+3 18-49 tally stands at a 7.3 rating (from 5.2/21 in L+SD).
For the season, Roseanne delivered the largest playback gains for any single telecast of the season so far in total viewers and adults 18-49, topping the L+3 increases of NBC’s post-Super Bowl broadcast of This is Us (+5.72 million and +2.0 rating points). With 25.04 million total viewers and a 7.3 in Adults 18-49, Roseanne stands as the season’s #1 premiere in L+3 in Adults 18-49, as well as the #1 series telecast on any network on any night this season, excluding only the post-Super Bowl episode of This Is Us.
Buoyed by its record-setting lift, Roseanne’s return built on its 9th season premiere more than 21 years ago (18.90 million on 9/17/96) by 32% in total viewers and its May 1997 finale by 47% (16.58 million on 5/20/97), drawing its largest overall audience since January 1995 (and outdelivering its last 79 telecasts) – since 1/11/95.
Roseanne opened with TV’s biggest numbers for any comedy telecast on any night in over 4 years with total viewers and in 3½ years with adults 18-49 – since Fox’s Super Bowl-led New Girl on 2/2/14 and CBS’ Big Bang season opener on 9/22/14, respectively.

Last Man Standing lost a little when they tried to turn it into another AllIn The Family by bringing in a “Meathead” type character.
Since we have no TV would love to find a way to stream it. Wonder has abc ever considered that angle?

The commercials are almost unwatchable.
I don’t have any streaming services, but I think ABC will let you watch it here tomorrow or Wednesday. You can usually watch shows you’ve missed but you have to wait a week to view it via the various network’s websites.

Good show - great news! Consider this, the 60 Minutes show with the porn star were likely artificially inflated by those who taped the Duke - Kansas game and added extra time so as to not miss anything. How much? Who knows but it would be hard to argue against it.

abc cbs nbc and fox all have websites on which you can stream current tv episodes for free from a computer, phones and tablets usually require you to download the app, cbs charges extra to watch tv live or view “premium content” like the new star trek or every episode of a past season
