In the wake of the shooting of 22-year-old Stephon Clark by Sacramento police, and the protests the killing has incited, the Sacramento Kings are partnering with Black Lives Matter Sacramento and the nascent Build. Black. Coalition to invest in local black communities, the Kings announced Wednesday. As part of the initiative, the Kings are establishing an education fund for Clark's children.
"This fund cannot fix the issues that led to the death of their father, but it will secure opportunities for their futures while the family and the city grapples with healing," the Kings said in a statement.

BLM learned well from their elders in now getting the Jackson and Sharpton shakedown money that self-hating whites allocate in their annual budgets.
But I have to think the training is planting wrong words / messages in cops' heads.
I saw the video and there is a point, almost immediately, when the target is down ... THAT should be a (I've accomplished the Stop Order and I can stop myself, now) point when you stop pulling the trigger.
I fully support the message, "YOU come home to YOUR family", so it is a tough and terrifying line a LEO faces every day on the job ..... and especially at night.
The only ones taught to spray are the military, and rightly so.
There was a disconnect that night and I fear the repercussion will escalate and last a lot longer than what will be comfortable for a Trump administration trying to correct a lot of what's wrong in America.
This, imo, is a training failure.
The NBA continues to drive away a substantial part of the fanbase.
Wait a minute. The facts here can’t all be right, can they? I thought the decedent was a 22-year old millennial who lived with his grandmother and was shot in her backyard. Now, this article says the team is making provisions for his children? What? Surely not. These “facts” just don’t make any sense.
