The father of the Pulse nightclub shooter served as an FBI informant for 11 years, according to a federal court motion, obtained by multiple outlets.
Lawyers for Omar Mateen’s widow, Noor Salman, filed a federal court motion on Monday saying that prosecutors contacted them on Saturday, saying Mateen’s father Seddique Mateen worked as an FBI source from 2005 to June 2016.
