The link in this comment to some Twitter comments sums up how Trump is going to turn things around and decide how the funds will be spent. He is going to start building the wall tomorrow, 26 MAR, using the military funding and the Army Corps of Engineers.
I’ll try to ping you when I come across other informative threads that I have looked at.
Okay, suppose tomorrow afternoon a liberal judge rules it is unconstitutional for the military to start working on this wall. Will the military even listen if it is considered National Security? What would happen if in the middle of launching the Iraq War some judge declared the military action unconstitutional? Do you think the military would listen?
I found another $6.6 Billion diverted by Obama for his use, that was for Iraq....here are links for that, and Ebola monies....

I did a search too, but could only find known bogus “factcheck” sites saying “No, Obama does not have to pay restitution” links... and others which I did not know of their veracity saying that.
I do not know of the veracity of the one you cite, factcheck.org. I hope others will be able to advise as to the veracity of that link and this story about Obama. We need to know the truth about it one way or the other!
I hope the story is true - it would be YUGE.....but I suspect it may not be true either!
I’m trying to keep track of news events that Q has predicted this year so far.
1. The heart attack of John Perry Barlow.
2. Peace breaking out with North and South Korea.
3. The 50,000 deleted FBI text messages would be restored shortly.
4. The Boston Bomber would be taken down. This was predicted about five hours before he was taken down.
6. On February 16th, cute let us know that something big was going to happen or be announced on Palm Sunday.
5. The omnibus Bill would be the trigger to have the military Corps of engineer start to construct the wall.
Am I forgetting anything for this year?

I fear it isn’t valid, JM. I have not been able to nail it down, and greeneyes and others are saying that Obama is not having to pay the restitution she is referring to.
For now, I’m thinking that I will not be reaching for the play button on Natasha V’s clips - unless i want some entertainment and take what she says with that large grain of salt - she IS fun to listen to!
