Senate is closest to be able to override, 65 aye votes. Burr and one other GOP not voting would take it up to 67. The House was about 60% Aye.

I think Trump is going to keep this "simple," on the budget, the wall, DACA, and irresponsible spending by Congress. "Reluctantly, can't agree to sign."
