That's not Q's statement, that's some editor's interpretation.

Not saying you shouldn't take it (but you shouldn't), just that attributing the popup to Q is error.

The dots are consistent throughout the Q drops. They are there when the drops are brand new.

Q does this so we get what he is trying to say. IF he used full names, the sniffer programs would tag these posts immediately, so he speaks in code.
