That’s what I think, it was an attempted hit. Not sure exactly what role Paddock was supposed to play. Not sure what exactly went wrong with the plot.
I think they had to make up a story in a hurry, but when the supposed perp is dead, there’s never full disclosure.
I think they got paddock on a pedo charge. They financed him as a gun runner/drug dealer. The hit squad was either Saudi or Iranians looking to hit the prince. Think about it, why would you do a gun buy on the 32nd floor? I’m hoping after the storm the real info comes out. I’m betting on a FBI sting that went south.
