Angry Portland woman attacks Jewish-owned restaurant over suspected Nazi customer
Willamette Week ^ | March 15, 2018 | Martin Cizmar

Posted on 03/16/2018 8:10:20 PM PDT by Trump20162020

A Portland woman ignited a social media fire this week over a confrontation with a restaurant diner she says was wearing a shirt with a Nazi symbol.

As Raw Story first reported, on March 13, Deavon Snoke was dining at Kachka—a Russian restaurant owned by Bonnie Frumkin Morales, who is Jewish and whose family fled the Holocaust, and her husband Israel Morales, who is Mexican—when she spotted a man sporting a "Luftwaffe" t-shirt.

“I was asked to leave Kachka tonight for calling this Nazi out,” Snoke wrote on Facebook. “Remember his face. Memorize the symbolism on his shirt. Yell as loud as you can.”

The post has been shared more than 500 times, with comments such as “I don’t think I could even hurt my fist punching this Nazi.”

I’m sorry I thought I was in a forum to promote constitutional conservatism - not some weird support group for guys who wear Nazi-themed shirts in public buttheart that someone might say something mean to them. You wanna wear a stupid t-shirt supporting America’s enemies? Go right ahead. But don’t cry out for a safe space where people won’t yell at you.

671,000 Americans died in World War II. If I see a guy wearing a Nazi shirt I probably would punch him in the face. And if you’re cool with that, why?

Supporting Nazism is often against the law in the United States.

You can buy the real Nazi version of the shirt for $24.99 from Landser Outfitters LLC, 26741 Portola Parkway 1E411, Foothill Ranch, CA 92610 USA.

We have presented clear and convincing evidence that the shirt is not Nazi-themed, although Nazi-themed shirts are perfectly legal in America.

It most certainly is Nazi themed. It’s the Nazi era logo - with no resemblance to the current logo. I’m glad your knowledge of Nazi-memorabilia vendors informs you that it’s possible to get a more swastika-laden version of the same stupid shirt. What’s missing in all of this is _why_. Why would anyone think buying or wearing a Nazi themed shirt is a good idea? Didn’t we fight a war against those guys? And why would you get so ridiculously butt hurt if someone yelled at you for being an idiot. Once upon a time, Nazis blitzkrieged across Europe. Now they’re whiny when they get yelled at.

Alter Kaker - you live up to your name. I know Yiddish. Should have just written it in English _=- Great Know It All.

It is not illegal to belong to the American Nazi Party (all 35 of them). I don’t believe it has even been so though German-American Bundists were rounded up during WW2 as either enemy aliens or potential saboteurs.

“Supporting the Nazi Party means support for an organization that advocated the overthrow of the US Government and violated the Smith Act”. Wrong again.

The Smith Act was aimed mainly at the Communist Party USA which was found in a US Supreme Court decision to be an “arm of the Communist Party of the Soviet Union”, i.e. it’s communist government and whose aim was found by the SC to “advocate the overthrow of the U.S Constitution” and political system by force or violence if necessary.

However, the CPUSA was not made to register as an agent of a foreign power by one of the same court decisions (possibly Brandenburg vs. the US), because forcing them to register would be making them incriminate themselves or something to that effect.

US courts, with dumbassed rulings by dumbassed, ignorant liberal judges, he ruled that the Trotskyite “Social Workers Party” was under illegal FBI surveillance EVENTHOUGH IT ILLEGALLY BELONGED TO the old Trotskyite “Fourth International” according to their own internal documents published by the House Internal Security Committee in their series on the Hanoi Lobby organizations known as the “Peoples Coalition for Peace & Justice (CPUSA controlled) and the National Peoples Action Coalition (NPAC) SWP controlled.

Perhaps you should study some history yourself.

Try the very old “The Communist Party: What It Is; How It Works, A Handbook for Americans”, Dec. 21, 1955, Senate Internal Security Subcommittee/Sen. Jud. Com; and the HCUA (House Committee on Un-American Activities) publications H.R. Report No. 1920, “Report on the Communist Party of the United States as an Advocate of Overthrow of Government by Force and Violence”, May 11, 1948, 80th Congress plus the earlier “House Report No. 209 (there is irony in that number if you know anything about the CPUSA) “Communist Party of the United States as an Agent of a Foreign Power”, April, 1 1947, 80th Congress.

Perhaps you should change your name to “Internet Shister”.

Clodfelder, Michael (2002). Warfare and Armed Conflicts – A Statistical Reference to Casualty and Other Figures, 1500–2000. McFarland & Co. p. 582 - note this is all killed, not just KIA and includes Pacific theater (including for the benefit of the next guy wearing a pro-Tojo shirt).

The Smith Act was passed in 1940 and was definitely used against Nazis. You’re correct that it has been used more often against Communists - not sure how that invalidates my point.

Does Luftwaffe mean Air Force, or does it mean Hitler's Air Force? Having spent 20 years in the Air Force myself, I would like to know. How do you react when those supporting America's enemies, wear Che shirts? I see idiots wearing those shirts, even in the Philippines. There is a whole political party out there (democrat party) supporting America's enemies. In fact, most of the ARE America's enemies. How do you feel about them? I think that other poster was right. That stupid wench reacted to the German word, and if he had the same shirt on, with the words "Air Force" on it, she might not have reacted at all.

It most certainly is Nazi themed.

Three things:

  1. No swastika.
  2. HST's husband confirms that it "is just the normal current German Air Force T-shirt. Not Nazi."
  3. There exists a German website selling the very same t-shirt, which, if it were considered Nazi, would be in violation of current German law, Strafgesetzbuch section 86a.

Just because it's in a black letter font and has an eagle doesn't make it Nazi.

Today's German federal eagle, which goes back to 800 AD:

It means Air Force. Luft = Air. Waffe = Weapon.

Hitler no longer owns it. Today's Luftwaffe has a website, luftwaffe.de, just like af.mil.

In fact, looking at those two air force’s websites, I’d almost hazard a guess they’d hired the same web design firm.

Thanks bro. I kind of knew all that. I was just trying to see if that other guy knew it. I ran into tons of German Luftwaffe (Air Force ) pilots, when I was in the USAF.
I wonder how that wench would have reacted if I wore a T shirt, with the American Eagle on it, with the words "Air Force" under it? Maybe she is a communist, and would have reacted the same way. Who knows for sure?

That figure is completely wrong. Source?

I think you are confusing it with the number of dead (both sides) in the American Civil War.

Do you also go around punching guys wearing the Stars and Bars?

So you don't believe in 1A?!
