I think it odd to have an extreme change in the weather. The Gulf moisture travels up to the Midwest and causes significant flooding in places that never flooded in my lifetime. (I’ve been around for awhile)
Maybe it’s the cyclical weather pattern, but continual monsoons in areas that normally cry out for water is not normal. But, what is anymore?
