Has to do with flag vs battle flag in courtrooms, jury nullification n/a in federal courts, judges being able to direct juries with instructions to prevent jury nullification?

The USA has been in an officially declared state of emergency for many years. Most of the time it has been done through annual executive orders.
I recall that some times the order just extended a previous order, making them tough to track.
